WHO ATTENDS ActUp?
We have approximately 5-10 people per class at one time, with additional teachers who facilitate the class. ActUp is open to all people aged 12+, adults and adolescents welcome
SUPPORT DURING CLASS
We designed our program so participants can work independently and in groups, with support from the teachers. Parents, support workers and family are also welcome to join
